We strive to get your premium essentials to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped via Australia Post from our warehouse.

*Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. Regional and WA/NT destinations may take slightly longer.
Important Shipping Information
• Dispatch Times: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website or app.
• PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: As we use Australia Post, we are happy to deliver to all Australian PO Boxes and 24/7 Parcel Lockers.
• Safe Drop: Standard orders are typically sent with "Authority to Leave." If you do not have a safe place for your parcel, please ensure someone is home to receive it.
International Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping via Australia Post. All international orders are trackable from our door to yours.

Important Information for International Orders
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website or via your local national postal service (e.g., USPS for USA, Royal Mail for UK) once it enters your country.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and local customs fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
• Customs Delays: While we dispatch orders quickly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.
• Returns: Please note that we do not currently offer free returns for international orders unless the item is faulty.
