Please note the below shipping times are an estimated guide only. For the most accurate shipping times to your delivery location, please enter your postcode on the product pages or in cart for a dated estimate. Online orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays.

Important Shipping Information

• Dispatch Times: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours(Monday–Friday). Online Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website or app.

• PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: As we use Australia Post, we are happy to deliver to all Australian PO Boxes and 24/7 Parcel Lockers.

• Safe Drop: Standard orders are typically sent with "Authority to Leave." If you do not have a safe place for your parcel, please ensure someone is home to receive it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping via Australia Post. All international orders are trackable from our door to yours.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery is stated in business days, and orders must be placed before 2PM AEDT to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Please note, BUILT TO LAST® is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of BUILT TO LAST® control. BUILT TO LAST® are not responsible for these fees. If you can't see any taxes at checkout please make sure to confirm with our team prior to purchase should you believe you have taxes to pay.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.
