Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours and textures may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by BUILT TO LAST®.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unavailable item or the affected order, as applicable.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in your selected currency, with Australian Dollars (AUD) as the default and base currency. Where a currency other than AUD is selected, prices are converted at the prevailing exchange rate and may vary slightly from the AUD amount due to fluctuations. GST is included where applicable, based on Australian pricing.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information or other errors on the website. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing the affected order.

3. Payments

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will generally be processed once payment has been successfully received.

We use third-party payment providers to securely process payments. We do not store complete credit or debit card details on our own systems.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We primarily use Australia Post as our shipping provider.

We provide estimated delivery timeframes where possible. These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing and other delivery disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. For other failures, you may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced. You may also have rights to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where applicable.

Change of Mind

We are not required under the Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund or exchange simply because you change your mind.

However, BUILT TO LAST® offers a 48-hour change-of-mind return period subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

The 48-hour change-of-mind period does not limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product designs, photographs, images, graphics, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to BUILT TO LAST® and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
