2. Products and Orders

  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colours and textures as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed inAustralian Dollars (AUD)and include GST where applicable.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We primarily use Australia Postfor domestic deliveries. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing for international orders.

4. Returns and Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Faulty Items: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • Change of Mind: Under the ACL, we are not required to provide a refund for "change of mind." However, we may offer exchanges or store credit at our discretion (see our Returns Policy for details).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of BUILT TO LAST® and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BUILT TO LAST® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
